Leadership Through Trust & Collaboration

REVIEWS

“We often throw people into leadership roles after they’ve had success as an individual contributor, but we often do it without much training and then rely on HR to help these new leaders when they get stuck or fall down. This book brilliantly asks the questions to help you understand who you want to be as a leader and shows you how to lead through chaos (without being consumed by it)”
